Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Marketing Assistance:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Support the development of proposals and quotations for potential clients.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to provide insights for sales and marketing strategies.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, keeping customer records updated.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing metrics for analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
