Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
    • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  2. Marketing Assistance:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  3. Communication and Coordination:
    • Liaise between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts.
    • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
    • Support the development of proposals and quotations for potential clients.
  4. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze customer feedback and market data to provide insights for sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage and maintain the CRM system, keeping customer records updated.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing metrics for analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
