– Plan, coordinate, and execute all catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
– Collaborate with clients to create customized menus and ensure their specific needs and dietary restrictions are met
– Manage all aspects of food preparation, including ordering ingredients, overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety standards are followed
– Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly arranged and maintained
– Train and supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
– Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment
– Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless coordination of events
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
