– Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
– Communicate effectively with customers, both in English and Spanish, to ensure their needs are met
– Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive for resolution

– Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes
– Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
– Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
– Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
– Ability to upsell products or services effectively
– Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
