We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks including data entry, communication with customers, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.

“`Responsibilities“`

  • Recipe Development: Develop and refine recipes for different varieties of pan, considering variations in ingredients, flavors, and presentation.
  • Preparation: Prepare pan by assembling the required ingredients, including betel leaves, areca nut, slaked lime, spices, sweeteners, and optional tobacco. Skillfully wrap the ingredients in the betel leaf to create a well-made pan.
  • Customization: Offer customization options to customers, such as adjusting the ingredients according to their preferences for sweetness, spiciness, or the inclusion/exclusion of tobacco.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and informative manner, providing guidance on pan selection and assisting with any inquiries they may have about the ingredients or preparation process.
  • Menu Development: Work with management to develop and expand the pan menu, introducing new flavors or variations to attract customers and meet their diverse preferences.
  • Presentation: Pay attention to the visual presentation of pan, ensuring that each serving is neatly wrapped and presented attractively to enhance its appeal to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of pan ingredients, ensuring that there are an adequate supply of betel leaves, areca nut, spices, and other necessary items to meet customer demand.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the preparation area, following food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the safe handling of ingredients and the prevention of contamination.
  • Training: Train other staff members on the proper preparation and serving of pan, imparting knowledge about the ingredients, techniques, and customer service etiquette.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Assist in promoting the pan offerings through marketing initiatives such as signage, promotions, or tasting events, to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Cultural Knowledge: Stay informed about the cultural significance and traditions surrounding the consumption of pan, and share this knowledge with customers who may be unfamiliar with its history and customs.
  • Feedback Management: Solicit feedback from customers to understand their preferences and satisfaction levels with the pan offerings, and use this feedback to make improvements or adjustments as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
